BOOKING DETAILS
Each week or part week of your holiday will be charged separately, according to the periods covered by the weekly hire charge.
Short Breaks are charged accordingly:
1 night charged at 20% of the full week price (Please note that for stays of 1 night only there is a minimum charge of £100)
2 nights charged at 40% of the full week price
3 nights charged at 60% of the full week price
4 nights charged at 80% of the full week price
5 – 7 nights charged at 100% of the full week price
For longer stays of over 7 nights each additional night is charged at one seventh of the weekly price in which that night falls. Please call us for details.
If your stay is for longer than 8 nights, the cottage will be cleaned and linen changed halfway through your stay, included in the tariff.
Your accommodation will be ready for you from 4.00pm on your day of arrival until 10.30am on your last day.
Prices are in Pounds Sterling (£) and include hire charge, electricity, central heating, all linen, towels, fresh flowers and welcome tray on arrival.
For stays of 3 nights or more a £50 security deposit is required which will be retained until 1 week after your stay for any damages or excess cleaning. This is payable when your final payment is due.

Booking is reserved whilst we mail you the booking form which must be completed and returned within 5 days with a 20% deposit payment to confirm your booking. Payment of the deposit implies you agree to the Terms and Conditions.
Final payment is due 6 weeks before your holiday, or payment in full if the booking is made less than 6 weeks prior to your holiday. Please note that cancellation insurance is not included.
