Enter the property via the pretty stable door into the well-equipped fitted kitchen which includes gas cooker and hob, microwave, dishwasher, auto washing machine fridge freezer and breakfast bar.
The kitchen
Two steps lead down to the dining room with table and chairs to seat 4 people - the table also extends and there are 2 more chairs should you entertain guests during your stay. There is a radio with CD player and a free wireless broadband internet connection can be made available on request.

The dining room
A doorway leads into the comfortable and bright living room with leather 3-seater sofa and armchair, living flame gas fire, Flatscreen digital TV with freeview and digital radio, video recorder and DVD player. A well stocked games cupboard provides hours of traditional entertainment, with books, extensive maps of the local area and loads of local information. From the living room the front door opens onto a small terrace with cottage herb garden and seating and a stunning elevated view over the garden to fabulous Herefordshire countryside.

The living room
Stairs from the dining room lead to the first floor landing with a door off to the light and airy master bedroom with double bed. Views from the two windows in this room overlook the garden and a far reaching view across Herefordshire towards the Welsh Mountains. There is a wardrobe and chest of drawers for storage.

The master bedroom by day, and night
The first floor bathroom has a modern white suite comprising bath with shower over, washbasin and toilet, electric shaver point, heated towel rail and central heating boiler.

The bathroom
A door and staircase off the landing lead up to the second floor loft bedrooom which children in particular will love. This delightful bedroom has a kingsize bed which can be converted to two 2ft 6in single beds, particularly suitable for children. Please note there is limited headroom into the eaves. An additional single futon bed can be provided giving sleeping room for 3 people in this room, especially useful for families. A window overlooks the garden and roof windows allow a view across Herefordshire towards Wales.
